We’re switching insurance carriers this week. During this period, building-specific Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are temporarily unavailable. Our standard insurance coverage remains active, and we’re servicing homes and apartments that do not require a COI as usual.

What this means

• If your building doesn’t require a COI: book as normal — same/next-day in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
• If your building does require a COI: please schedule for after Nov 19, or use another provider for this visit.
