Service Windows Update — Fall 2025

After-hours availability
We can usually accommodate 7–9am or 5–9pm visits on select days. These slots are limited and scheduled on a first-come basis.

How to request (best 2–3 days ahead)
Text us with:

  1. Address and any buzzer/door instructions (doorman, super, elevator codes).
  2. Two or three time options that work for you (e.g., “Thu 7–9am or Fri 6–8pm”).
  3. Appliance + issue (brand/model if handy).
  4. Contact name + mobile for day-of updates.

What happens next

  • We’ll confirm the exact arrival window in writing and set you up for text updates.
  • You’ll get a day-of ETA (about 30 minutes before arrival), plus any updates if traffic or weather shifts the time.
  • Same-/next-day service may still be available; we’ll tell you what’s realistic based on parts and route.

Day-of prep (so the visit runs on time)

  • Clear a 3-ft workspace around the appliance; secure pets.
  • Make sure we can reach you or the building staff during your window.
  • If your building needs special entry steps after hours, please arrange those before the visit.

What you’re covered with

  • OEM parts only.
  • Written estimate after diagnostic; your $99 diagnostic is credited toward the repair if you proceed.
  • 180-day parts & labor warranty on completed repairs.

If you’re unsure whether early/late is possible for your address, just text us—give us 2–3 days’ notice and we’ll make the best slot happen.
