What We Service (NYC)

‍We diagnose and repair residential and light commercial appliances and HVAC equipment in New York City, including:

• Refrigerators and freezers
• Dishwashers
• Ovens, ranges, cooktops, and ventilation
• Washers and dryers
• HVAC systems (mini-splits, central AC, heat pumps)

What You Should Send Before Dispatch
To shorten diagnosis and reduce repeat visits, send:

• Appliance type (fridge, dishwasher, dryer, etc.)
• Photo of the model and serial tag (full text visible)
• Symptom timing pattern (when it happens, how often, what changed)
• Photo of any error code
• Install type (built-in, stacked, in a tight cutout)
• Short video of the issue if it’s intermittent (noise, ignition, drainage, vibration)

Diagnostic Visit

‍A diagnostic visit confirms the failure mode with real checks and measurements and produces a clear repair direction. Diagnostic fee is $99, credited toward the repair when the repair is approved (stated on the estimate before work starts).

Same Day vs Next Day

‍Scheduling depends on technician route density, building access rules, and the appliance category. If your building requires a COI or service windows, share that up front so the visit can be confirmed without delays.

Safety and Urgent Conditions

‍If any of the following are present, include it in your booking message:

• Gas odor
• Breaker tripping, burning smell, or visible arcing
• Active water leak
• No heat on gas equipment with repeated ignition attempts
