- Clear the nearby area only when safe: Move belongings away from the drip. Do not touch wet equipment, outlets, switches, or ceiling material.
Keep the system off and alert building management when water is moving through a ceiling or wall, approaching electrical equipment, affecting another apartment, or coming from a locked mechanical area. Leak containment and building access come before another HVAC operating test.

Common Condensate Drain Problems
