What is included
- Lint filter and the permitted filter-well area for the exact E-Nr.
- Removable heat exchanger or condenser, cap, and accessible sealing surfaces
- Exposed moisture-sensor surfaces
- Accessible lower condensate collection area around the pump and sensing components, where the exact E-Nr. permits this work within the service scope
- Visual inspection of accessible drain-hose routing and connection, when a drain hose is installed
- Drying of washed removable components, reassembly, and an operational check
Access and separate work
Standard access means the listed service areas can be reached safely without unstacking the dryer, removing cabinetry, disconnecting utilities, or bringing a second technician for lifting.
Stacked, closet, and built-in installations require photo review. If extra access work is needed, it is scoped separately before scheduling. You do not need to move the dryer yourself.
What is not included
- Replacement parts, including pumps, sensors, hoses, seals, or heat exchangers
- Diagnosis or repair of electrical, control, heating, motor, drive, door, or drainage faults
- Full drum removal, complete cabinet or blower restoration, building plumbing, cabinetry repair, cosmetic restoration, mold treatment, or water-damage remediation
Anything outside the agreed cleaning scope requires a separate scope and approval before work is added.
Service record
You receive appliance identification, before-and-after photographs of the agreed service areas, notes on relevant conditions found, and the observable result after reassembly. A condensate discharge event is recorded only if it can actually be observed during the visit; an unobserved result is not presented as confirmed.
Questions about this cleaning service
What does the cleaning package include?
We clean the lint filter and accessible filter well, removable heat exchanger and cap, moisture-sensor bars, and reachable lower condensate collection area. We also inspect the visible drain hose. Full cabinet and blower cleaning, replacement parts, and repairs are not included.
Is my Bosch dryer eligible for this service?
The service covers selected Bosch 24-inch WTB and WTG condenser dryers. Send a clear rating-plate photo showing the complete model number, including the revision after the slash. We confirm eligibility before scheduling. Heat-pump dryers and washer-dryer combinations are outside this offer.
Can you clean a stacked dryer or one inside a closet?
These installations require a photo review before we confirm the price. The package rate applies when access does not require unstacking, cabinetry removal, utility disconnection, or a second technician. Any additional access work is quoted before scheduling.
Will cleaning fix a DR or Check drain warning?
A recurring drainage warning needs diagnosis first, as do leaks, standing water, repeated stops, or failure to start. Cleaning may be part of the eventual repair, but the maintenance service does not include diagnosing or repairing an existing fault.
The dryer came with my apartment. Is this service suitable?
Yes, provided the model qualifies and the dryer is working normally. This service is suitable when its cleaning history is unknown. Send photos of the rating plate and installation, along with a brief operating history. You do not need to move it for photographs.
What will I receive after the cleaning?
You receive before-and-after photographs and a written record identifying the areas cleaned, relevant findings, and the observed result after reassembly. We also record whether water discharge was actually seen during the visit and note any unresolved conditions.
